Fresh, harmonious, and balanced with white fruits
(pear, green apples), touches of citrus and dry mountain herbs.
Fruity after taste and very agreeable.
GASTRONOMY:
Fish, shellfish, pasta, starters, poultry and white meats.

AROMA: Clean and potent fruity aromas (plum, raspberries) with touches of sweets.
PALATE: Very flavourful in the mouth. Plum tastes and touches of banana. Balanced, expressive, fruity and with a very agreeable after taste.
BEST TO ACCOMPANY:
Snacks, salads, rice, fish, pastas, poultry and white meat.

AROMA: Intense, frank and with a wide aromatic range. Red fruits (cherryies, blackberries and blueberries) with floral traces. Vanilla of the new wood very well intergrated. A wide variety of mineral and balsamic touches.

Fresh, lots of fruit and the wine and wood is well balanced.Touches of chocolate and cola. |

Cherry colour with purple tones.
AROMA:
Potent, clean, elegant and complicated. Ranges from flowers (violets), black fruit (blackberry, currents etc) until a touch of dry mountain herbs on a mineral base and toffee.
PALATE:
Lots of red fruit (cherries, blackberries etc), well integrated with the wood (Vanilla, toffee). With volume, good structure, well balanced and rounded. Fruity after tastes, long and very agreeable.
GASTRONOMY:
Game, red meat, light meat, poultry, snacks, hot pot, cod, pickles, cheese, paté and some strong flavoured fish dishes.
