Bodegas Alto Almanzora, emerges from the dream of offering to the East of Andalusia a quality wine.
The symbol of the winery was not chosen at random.
The pregnant mare, dating from the Paleolithic, is a symbol of fertility located near of the birth of the river Almanzora, as a harbinger of the fruits of the earth and the vine.
It is a young winery, both for its creation date, 2004, and for the technical team, headed by Rafael Palacios and Modesto Pou.
Our complex and author wines, are created in order to fulfil a destiny: the enjoyment of the consumer, become silent witnesses of moments of conviviality.
All this poetry and care surrounding the development of our wines, is reflected in the end , moreover, in an unbeatable quality, pleasure, price.

The 18th edition of ALIMENTARIA took place from the 22 to 26 March in Fira de Barcelona’s modern Gran Vía venue, occupying this entire facility, which is located in L’Hospitalet del Llobregat.
Divided into thirteen sectors, Bodegas Alto Almanzora was present at the Hall INTERVINE.
The last vintages of ESTE TINTO 2008 ESTE WHITE AND ROSÉ 2009 AND VALMEDIANO 2007 were introduced to international buyers and visitors.
Once again Bodegas Alto Almanzora, turned Almería into a new point of reference among the Spanish wines.
