The area of the Higher Almanzora is very well communicated with neighbouring provinces, which make access easy. It is connected with the A-92, the A-334 road that goes down from Granada (Baza), going through the district from East to West, linking with the East of Almeria. From Murcia, using the N-3.40, one can access the oriental side of the Almanzora, taking the A-334 road going through Huercal Overa.
From the North, one enters the district on the A-92, turning off at Chirivel on the A-399.

One kilometre before reaching Lucar, you will already see the anagrams and signs for the Cellar.
